H&R Block at 24 Pennsylvania 41, Gap, Pennsylvania.

I wish there was an option lower than "poor-fair". WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Three of my family members went to the Gap location this year and ALL THREE of us have had issues. I owe back almost $400 due to an error on my "tax professional"'s part, my mom owes back around the same due to mine being incorrect, and my fiance's taxes were bounced back because they were not entered correctly! When calling for assistance (we called with a general question on what we needed to do to correct their errors), we received attitude from whomever answered the phone telling us "to call back when our specific accountant is in." NEVER AGAIN will we go here. Calling today to speak to a manager to have our numbers removed from their "call to reschedule" list. Completely unacceptable.
